We do our best to test the quality of our flower crowns. Each crown is thoroughly checked prior to packing and sending to ensure we are sending you a high-quality product that will stand the test of time.
In the case that the product is faulty when you receive it, please contact us within 24 hours to let us know of the issue. Where product faults occur, products will need to be sent back so that we can assess the damage and then contact you to offer a refund or a product replacement. We will post the replacement item at our cost and refund the return postage where products are faulty. If the damage occurred in transit or by mishandling the product, Flower Crown waives any responsibility of cost and no refund will be offered.
Please choose carefully as we will only refund a purchase in the case that it is faulty, and where the fault is in the manufacturing. If you change your mind, we are happy to exchange or offer a credit for the product amount, however the customer is responsible for postage costs.
